The role

As Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of support for Helsing's leadership team, especially in government  and industry engagements. Your expertise in organising high-stakes meetings and handling correspondence will enhance collaboration with senior  external  officials. You’ll ensure seamless operations with precise travel arrangements and efficient administrative systems, enabling swift responses to  internal and external  needs.   

The day-to-day

Acting as the point of contact between our Executives and external partners/clients.  

Organising meetings and communications between the Management Team and senior external officials (in business and government)  

Handling correspondence to the Management Team and assuming responsibility for filtering this  

Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries  

Handle the Management Team agenda and meetings with Helsing internal teams, help prioritise and resolve conflicts  

You should apply if you

Have prior experience working as an assistant for C-level / senior executives  

Have a strong inclination for multitasking and task prioritisation  

Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication in German and English, with a proven track record of engaging effectively with senior officials across both the private and public sectors

Have the ability to exercise professional judgement/discretion
