What we collect

• Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It records aggregate page views, referrers and device types.
• Cookies. The Service sets no cookies of its own. Experiment variants are chosen per page view and not stored. If you arrive from a link with a source tag (for example from our newsletter), that tag is kept in your browser's session storage for the life of the tab so a purchase can be attributed to the channel; it is not sent anywhere else and disappears when the tab closes.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by our email provider (Buttondown) to send the weekly issue. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
• Payments. Checkout is handled by Stripe, which collects your payment details and email under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, the product purchased, and any listing details you enter, and keep them for as long as needed to provide the product and for accounting.
• Members access. Subscriber emails may be used to grant access to the members area.
• Public job data. The Service processes job titles, locations and URLs published by companies. It does not collect personal data about applicants or employees.

Legal bases and rights

We process data to perform a contract (subscriptions, listings), with consent (newsletter), and for legitimate interests (site operation, aggregate analytics). You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by contacting us. EU/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority.

Outreach email

We occasionally email businesses about the Service. Every such message identifies the sender, includes a postal address and honours opt-out requests promptly.
