Summary

In this role, you’ll help shape our products and design culture. We're still in the earlier stages of development, so you’ll have the ability to truly impact the product from a strategic design lens.

We are a close-knit, strong technical team focused on building beautiful and intuitive products. We believe intelligent AI systems have the potential to give people more freedom, dignity, and agency to do the things they love. As such, we seek to build in a human-centered way to reimagine our relationship with technology.

In this role, you’ll own the product user experience end-to-end, contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting a vision to ensure simple and elegant designs.

Example Projects

Collaborate often with engineers to design and ship high quality product improvements

Conduct user research and help synthesize user insights

Build prototypes while exploring new and creative user interfaces

Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction

Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

Collaborate with product team to iterate on feature ideas quickly 

Build and refine our design system & component library to help deliver a cohesive product

You Are

A strong designer who has a high bar for their craft

Able break down complex problems and design simple, user focused solutions

Energized by understanding customer needs

A strategic thinker that has strong product sense and experience building 0-1

Able to iterate quickly on both high and low fidelity mock-ups and explore ideas quickly

Able to work independently without explicit directions

Compensation packages are highly variable based on a variety of factors. If your salary requirements fall outside of the stated range, we still encourage you to apply. The salary range for this role is $150,000–$275,000 cash (plus equity)
