The Mission and the Hard Part

Overjet's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product already works. Customers love it, and it's proven the model. The problem is that it's still one product, not a multi-product platform, and nobody owns turning it into one. Without this role, RCM plateaus at the ceiling of a single SKU: no additional products get built, no expansion revenue shows up, and the next flagship product line never happens. You'll report into our Head of Product, Practice and work daily with Engineering, GTM, and Overjet's executive leadership, but the strategy for how a foundational product becomes a multi-product portfolio, and the team that will build it, is yours to define.

There's no existing playbook for this. You're not inheriting a roadmap, you're writing the one that turns a single win into a suite, deciding which module gets built next based on economics and customer pull rather than whoever asks loudest, and building a product team from the ground up while still shipping. You'll also need the executive presence to align GTM, Engineering, and leadership around calls that don't have an obvious right answer yet. What You'll Own

• You will own product strategy and the multi-year roadmap for the RCM product suite, which means turning one successful product into a coherent multi-product platform, not just adding features to the thing that already works.
• You will own prioritization across modules, which means making the hard calls on what gets built next based on market opportunity, pricing power, and customer economics, and being able to defend those calls to executive leadership.
• You will own building and growing the RCM product team, which means hiring product managers as the suite scales and developing them into people who can own their own modules, not just staffing headcount.
• You will own the strategic relationship between executive leadership, GTM, and Engineering for RCM, which means the roadmap reflects real go-to-market constraints and unit economics, not just a wish list of features.
• You will own the quality bar for RCM's core SaaS workflows as they scale, which means the fundamentals stay solid even as the surface area of the product grows.
• You will own platform-level thinking across the suite, which means making sure new modules connect into one coherent product experience instead of becoming disconnected point solutions.

What Makes the Right Candidate Keep Reading

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be strongly considered
• Skills: Multi-product strategy and prioritization, executive communication and stakeholder management, people leadership and hiring
• Experience: Proven track record leading multiple product lines or a multi-product portfolio within B2B SaaS, including managing and developing product managers; RCM, dental tech, or health tech experience strongly preferred

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City, and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
