GTME MANAGER, SELLER EFFICIENCY @ CLAY

We're excited for our Manager, GTM Engineering - Seller Efficiency to build and lead the team that makes our sales team faster, smarter, and more effective. You'll manage a team of GTM Engineers while staying technical—writing code on the hardest problems, setting direction, and making sure every automation we ship measurably improves how we sell. You'll partner closely with our Head of Sales to translate messy business problems into elegant technical solutions, and you'll develop engineers who think like builders, not ticket-takers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build the automations that matter: own core sales workflow systems like book carving, ROE automation, signal detection, and pipeline intelligence—staying hands-on with the hardest technical problems and highest-leverage projects

- Push Clay to its limits: dogfood new features, extend our platform into new use cases, feed our product team ideas from the field, and act as a practitioner-evangelist of Clay infrastructure and GTM Engineering
